Sintering Furnaces
High temperature furnaces under Air, Ar, N2 or H2 for heat treatment and sintering.
Electron’s sintering furnaces are equipped with a metal retort to provide a heated volume with a controlled atmosphere. Our furnaces are based on floor models with a revolving door, available with a maximum temperature range of up to 1150 °C. Electron is happy to help you choose the sintering furnace that matches with your requirements.

The use of sintering furnaces
Electron's sintering furnaces can be used for decomposition and pyrolysis processes. Depending on the application, they can reach an oxygen level of 30 ppm. This makes the furnaces ideal for stress reduction of additive manufactured parts such as DMLS. The furnaces can be modified to comply with AMS2750F Nadcap Class 1 for aerospace applications.
Maximum temperatures
Depending on the retort material, the following maximum temperatures can be reached:
- 310 Stainless steel: 1000 °C
- 314 Stainless steell: 1050 °C
- Inconel 601: 1100 °C
- Haynes 230: 1150 °C
